Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. This will allow us to offer the appointment to another family who may be waiting for a booking. If you cancel or reschedule your appointment less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, you will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the total cost of the service. If you fail to show up for your appointment without prior notice, you will be charged the full cost of the service. In the event that we need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we will provide you with as much notice as possible and offer you an alternative time or date.
